E-Soft E-HR System is a cloud-based Human Resource Management System that allows employees to punch attendance, apply leave, apply OT, view Payslip & etc on the web. For leave application, the approving officer will be notified via email, which enable them to approve the leave either by the email or on E-HR. The system could also keep track on employees' leave records, entitlements, balances. The users are able to view their current leave entitlement, leave balance and notification of their leave status from E-HR.

Duty Roster/Working Calendar Scheduling

Head Of Department (HOD) are accessible to E-HR System to schedule the working day or shift for the employees under their supervision. The Duty Roster/Working Calendar will then connect to Time Clocking Machine like Mifare, Fingerprint or Face ID Clocking Machine to generate daily attendance.

Triggers / Alerts

E-Soft E-HR System provides automatic email alerts to notify superior on leave or OT application which pending their approval.

E-Leave Application & Approval

Employees shall be able to apply various type of leave online. E-Soft E-HR System shall validate the leave balance during the application process. Flexible and multilevel leave approval routes are viable in the system. Superior will be notified via e-mail for the leave approval. It will update to attendance and HR System once the leave has approved by all superiors.

Online OT Application & Approval

Employees or Head of Department (HOD) could apply for working overtime via E-HR. The OT Application shall go through multilevel approval route, and link to attendance to generate OT claims. Flexible and multilevel OT approval routes could be set in the system. Superior will be notified via e-mail for the OT approval. It will then be updated to the attendance once superiors have approved the OT Application.

View Attendance

Employees or Head of Department (HOD) could check the daily or monthly attendance including the time in, time out, OT Hours, leave taken and etc.

View Employee Handbook

Employees are able to view the latest Employee Handbook online.

E-Claims

Employees are able to submit claims e.g., millage, toll, telephone bill & etc online by uploading the receipt or documents.

E-Documents

Employees are able to print Payslip, EA Form and other relevant documents by themselves on E-HR.
